BSP Brush Material Stretching

Hi, I have been working on my Final Year Project for University for a few months now and i have been using UE 4.8.3. The other day when i came around to putting textures onto everything, some of my BSP brushes started stretching the materials as seen below, i have altered the scale, rotation and even messed about with the alignment tab in the details section however nothing seems to fix it, i have attatched an example below.

The material applied is the M_Wood_Floor_Walnut_Polished included in the started material.I haven’t edited the material at all. I thought it would have something to do with the mapping of the brush so i exported it out as a static mesh and saw the mapping was wrong like below.

Can someone please help soon my project is due in in a month!
