How do i fix dark areas?

Hi. I’m having a problem with my geometry having dark spots. I think this is the 3rd time that i remodeled my building due to problems like this. The first models i made, i made through Aec objects and other automatic stuff in 3ds max. But because of this iv remodeled everything and did them cleanly through manual methods. and now. its still here.

you can see the dark spot in the right area (door jamb) and ive moved the UVs and its still there. i dont know what else to do. please help :((

It goes straight down to the bottom of the jamb. :(((

Your UVs contain many tiny elements. I think you need optimize UV and increase resolution of the Lghtmaps.

i tried that. and its so hard. can you give me an idea how this type of unwrap is done? (if you can remember the uvs of the sliding door and pivot door in realistic rendering sample, i cant screen shot it as my ue4 is updating) i tried box unwrap but its not giving me similar results. and when i try to pelt without relaxing, the rectangular faces turn square. im so noob :frowning:
