Migrated to 4.10.3 and have had source control problem since

We’re having source control problems between UE4.10.X and Perforce that we didn’t have the entire time we used 4.9.x. I can authenticate and checkout files but when I try to upload changes in UE I receive the error “Editor Errors: Warning no assets to Check in!” When I run a map check I receive many errors similar to those listed below:
