Why does UE4 keep crashing?

This Engine has crashed 5 times on me now when I’ve tried to import my character mesh and its animations. Included below is the crash log. I got the character model from http://www.Mixamo.com and I even tried importing this on a brand new 3rd person project and it crashed on that as well as my current project.

I too have had issues importing FBX files from Mixamo. I’d suggest importing the FBX straight from the Mixamo site into your DCC, and re-export in an older FBX format (I think its FBX2016 thats causing issues, at least at my end).

This issue has been corrected in 4.11. You logs and reported crashes are all coming from 4.10 in which it is a known issue reported as UE-22956.

You will need to open the Launcher and in the Library click on Add Version and 4.11 Preview 6 is in the drop down of versions.
