Is there actually a way to setup differant languages in the game?
I havent found any solutions to that topic. But its possible when you look on games like ARK.
I’m not sure what you mean by “subtitle and surface languages”, but 4.16 will add support for localised asset groups, which will let you do things like have your text localised in English while using Japanese audio.
