Error 0xc000007b

Upon launching the .exe launcher I receive the following message “The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.”

I have looked online for solutions and have tried everything from re-installing directx and .net framework programs to attempting to manually replace .dll files to no avail. I have no clue what the problem is. This prevent me from launching the Unreal engine as well as a few other games. Any suggestions would be welcomed, thank you!

No debug log is generated upon following the steps provided. There is no /c:/user/username/AppData/Local/epicgameslauncher folder.
