Permitted distribution platforms for packaged Windows exe file

My question is:

Are there any legal limitations to where the UE Windows exe package can be deployed assuming it does not contain any Unreal Engine Editor or Toots? I am assuming the packaged/cooked Windows exe can run on a local machine, on a cloud, on devices, or anywhere for that matter, provided it is in compile and cooked form as per the following EULA condition, correct (see below)?

You may not sublicense the Licensed Technology in object code format, or any Content, except to grant end users the ability to use, or to permit your publishers and distributors to market and Distribute, a Product that you Distribute as permitted in Section 1(a) above.

Sounds like you’re good to go. The normal deployment is a Windows executable.
