Level stream - build lighting hangs

I’ve made a streaming level that is pretty basic with a blank persistent level and two basic rooms. If I build the lighting in the two room levels themselves then it doesn’t retain the lightmaps so I need to bake them in the persistent level but the build always hangs at 95% where as it completes no problem if I bake the level in its own level.

I’ve now found out this problem has also persisted into a scene I made earlier in version 4.10.2 so now I’m thinking this is some kind of bug in the latest version.

Right I seem to have solved the problem, but I thought I would post it here for others to see as its hard to find info on. What seems to be working at the moment (hopefully) is making sure the streamed levels do not have extra direction lights as it seems to make it hang.
