Is there a way to limit the torque being applied while an action is held?

Hi, I am currently struggling to sort out a way to limit the torque being applied to my pawn. I have it set up right now to turn based on a torque applied to the Move Right axis input. The goal I am trying to achieve is to be able to still use that torque to rotate it, but limit the amount while an action input is held.

On another note, if anyone has any advice- I also have my acceleration handled by a curve I created and it works great for moving forward, slowing down, and ultimately reversing (the curve is based on the axis value) but I would like to set an actual button to gradually brake and not keep going in reverse. So handbrake VS reverse)

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, I am new to blueprints and I’m doing my best to research things and find out for myself but sometimes, try as i might, the differing applications for techniques make it tough to adapt to my personal needs.

Thank you for your time.
