Substance material not working on Android 6.0.1

I publish my alpha build to Nexus 6 with Android 6.0.1, but somehow the material doesn’t work and no dynamic shadow.(normal format is set to OpenGL)

Here is the screenshot.
As you can see that some of the block after getting flipped over seems to retain their color.
But there are no bump/normal map, and some texture is missing as well.
Is this a substance problem? Or do I need to use other material?

Also, why dynamic shadow for the block missing?

Mobile systems have many limitations. UE4 for Android does not support the Substance Material.

You can enable dynamic shadows in two ways.

1 - This is undocumented trick:

2 - A new feature called “Modulated Shadows”:

  1. worked, while 2. doesn’t seems to work out right and seems to cause sever frame drop. While with solution 1 I can up the cascaded shadow number up to 3 and have nice shadow quality and frame rate.
