Is Mass Scale broken?

I cannot seem to get Mass Scale to affect anything,

Basically I have a chain made from rigid bodies and connected with Physics constraints,
To get the necessary strength from I have to increase the mass (the only way I could find to make them strong enough)

This would be acceptable if I could now reduce its mass/gravity effect

Does the mass scale only work on certain types of elements ?

Am I missing something here ?

I’ve discovered that to MassScale effect be “visable” values around 0.000001 must be used, Also PushForceScaledToMass must be set to False.
