I was running UE4 at my office just fine now when I come home, I am getting the “Did not get a response. Are you connected to the internet?” error message.
I am connected, where can I look for issues?
Hi Garling, sorry you’re having issues! Sounds like it could be some firewall or something blocking the Launcher from accessing your internet connection. Check out this post:-
If you follow the instructions about adding HTTP logging (under content download issues), and then reproduce the issue a few times, you can upload a zip of you logs folder, as mentioned in that post, and we’ll take a look for you!
