Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Cannot join sessions through LAN

Hi. I want to build a multiplayer game. I have watched some videos about sessions. But after creating a session in server side (hosting), my client side cannot join the sessions.

(The post was asking for finding sessions until I found my careless mistake.)

I have added two lines on the DefaultEngine according to videos. alt text

Here is the controller. alt text

And the instance. alt text

The menu should be okay. I upload it also. alt text

Create session is done successfully with moving to the level. But join session is failed with printing string "Join session error".

I find a similar question and it seems no solution....... https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/256686/joinhost-session.html Will there be some problems from my notebook or router?
