Why are different parts of my map being lightmapped differently from the other parts?

When I bake my lighting, the bridges in the pictures do not receive the static lights. The bridges are spline meshes, but the static light should be able to be baked to it. I only have two lights in this scene. One is a stationary directional light and the other is a static sky light. How do I resolve this problem?

Hello hs1, besides the lightmap possibly being different, it almost looks like the materials are set to unlit.
If that is not the case, can you show me a screenshot of lighting information only view?
