Turret Rotation Problem

Hello, I have a problem with my mesh rotation.Its set to 0,0,0 but when I spawn it its facing the wrong direction


I tried to set the rotation to -90 in bp but when it has to shoot the rotation is wrong again


I modeled a simple turret, created Strategy Building blueprint, copied Event Graph from arbalest cannon.In 3ds Max everything is set to 0.I dont know where the problem is.Please help.Thanks.
