Can't download content through the laucnher

The launcher tells me I’m signed in because my account name shows up on the top bar and has a little green dot next to it, plus the fact that I can view and access all sections and browse freely without issues. The problem is when I go to the marketplace and attempt to download the free content from Epic, all I see is a “Sign in to buy” button. When I click the button, the launcher closes and brings up the sign in window, I sign in again and I’m bought back to the marketplace page with the content still telling me I need to sign in to buy.

I tried to get the content using the Unreal Engine website, but once I click the download button after having the content added to my account it loads the launcher and wants me to sign in to buy.

I have the same problem. Did you resolve it?

I had followed the steps of your link. but still the problem is on me.
in the step “check the proxy” I had gotten a message “no proxyserver detected. You do not have a proxy server or internet filtering activated.”

can you tell me how can I resolve this problem?

This hasn’t been resolved as of yet, but I managed to find a work around of sorts. I can’t say if it works for paid content, but if you go to the browser version of the marketplace and add the content you want to your account, you should then be able to see that content ready for download in your library in the launcher.
