Downloaded Marketplace content but will not Add to Project.

So I just downloaded a new package from the marketplace with just 4.10 compatibility. Since my project was still on 4.8 I copied the project to an updated 4.10 version. The package I downloaded shows up in the vault however when I click on “Add to Project” not only does it not add to the project but it doesn’t open up a new project for me so I could migrate materials over. It’s just sitting in my vault and I cannot figure out why it won’t add to my project. Any help?
