Ok, so I just bought this pack for $60 and when I down loaded it and tried to open it I got this message.
I then click yes and then it starts the build.
And when it finished it keeps displaying this message.
Why is it doing this!?

Where did you get the assets?
I bought it from the UE4 Market place
Oh…sorry, it just released Feb 9th and I had never heard of it. Your best bet to getting a quicker response/fix would be to use the contact email for the asset in the marketplace…and if you don’t get a response, email the marketplace team directly or post in the marketplace forums.
Could I get a refund?
First try the normal support path by emailing the seller for help and if you don’t get any responses or a resolution to your problem within a few days you can email the marketplace team to request a refund and since you are having issues and you could show that you’ve attempted to get support from the seller with no help I am sure they would give you a refund.

I’m having the same Issue Ive tried Multiple Engines and 2015 And 2017 Visual Studio Niether is working , the suggested source port is useless as well. But others have it working . Does anyone have a suggestion other than refund . The assets are ther just not usable I’m guessing
