Paragon Launch Error 0xc000007b

I don’t know if I should post it here. (Sorry for if I post it wrong.

The problem is that I can’t run Paragon the game.

while the epic game launcher is working fine.

I bought the founder pack on 3/16 and downloaded the game right after it.

I’ve tried every possible solution that I could find online during there two days. Like reinstall all the c++ run-time.etc.

I just reinstalled my windows 10 OS but it is still not working :frowning:

I misread your post earlier and have deleted the previous answer so we could investigate further.

  • Can you post your dxdiag here so I can take a look?
  • At what point did the game crash?
  • Were you in any of the OTs? Have you been able to play/run the game before this occurred?

I get the error message right after I click “Launch”

3.Sorry but I can’t tell what does OTs stand for.
I haven’t been able to run the game once since I first install the game.
All I got is the error message(0xc000007b)

I’m not an expert at reading Process Monitor output yet but I do have a suspicion. Perhaps you can try the following and let me know how it goes.

FIX X3DAudio1_7.DLL

  1. Download the Dx11 redist from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109

  2. Find and backup your current C:\Windows\System32\X3DAudio1_7.DLL. You can do this by renaming it to X3DAudio1_7.DLL_BACKUP

  3. Install the DirectX11 Redist.

  4. Check to make sure you have a new X3DAudio1_7.DLL

  5. Try running the game again.

I am having almost the same problem, Unreal Engine Stopped working during Launching Paragon game on screen.
sent an email for support yesterday, and they asked me to send my Dxdiag file and log file.

However, I’ve sent the Dxdiag file but i cannot locate any saved log files on C:\Users\
