Our team recently purchased Landscape Auto Material (LAM), and when one of our members submitted it, everyone, but the person who submitted, is experiencing an error.

My team is using Perforce, and one of our members purchase “Landscape Auto Material” And then did a submit. He submitted the “Content folder” and everyone, but him experiences a crash. I think it may be missing files, but I am lost.

We’ve had him submit the updated or new files from the entire project, however I haven’t found a way to verify he submitted every file. Can anyone help identify the problem? And be able to inform me on how to verify the files from another Perforce user on the same server?

Regards,

Matthew

Hi FBTH,

What will need to be done is you will have to have him contact our marketplace team. They will be able to verify that he bought the pack and have him provide information on what team members need to have access to the assets, which they will be able to help you get. Please have your teammate contact the martketplace team at for additional assistance.

Thank you ! It has been resolved, it was missing files in the version control; as the teammate was inexperienced. Sorry for the delayed reply
