[Bug] Any folder named Windows gets uppercased to WINDOWS

Branch: Binary from Unreal Launcher and also happens in the Source build.

Build: 4.1.0-2053896

Issue: When I create a folder with the name of Windows the Editor automatically changes all of the text to uppercase in the Scene Outliner. In other words, Windows becomes WINDOWS as the folder name and cannot be changed. When working on architectural projects, creating a folder named Windows will be common place.

Expected behavior: Create a folder named Windows with the ability to retain first letter upper and the remaining as lower case text.

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a folder named Windows and the Editor will automatically change all of the Windows text to uppercase WINDOWS in the Scene Outliner.

Occurrence: 100% of the time in any default template or custom project.

System Specs: Windows 8.0 Pro 64-bit, Intel i7 940 2.93 GHz, 24 GB RAM, X58 EVGA, GeForce GTX 680, Driver 334.89, DirectX 11.0, HT OMEGA Claro Halo XT sound card

Thank you for your report. We were not able to investigate this on the engine version you reported, but there have been many version changes to UE4 since this question was first posted. With a new version of the Engine comes new fixes and it is possible that this issue has changed or may no longer occur.
