Cant download unreal engine 4 it stucks at please wait

I cant download unreal engine whever i click on install it ask me to select the components you want to install and then when i click on install it stucks at please wait.I have tried waiting but after sometime the please wait error disapper and shows me the install button again.I have also tried to reinstall the launcher but same thing happen again and again. Sometimes it start downloading but stuck at 0%.I have tried all the trobuleshooting steps that are given in troubleshooting page.So i am submiting my deblogs and dxdiag.Please help me link text
