Using UE editor as a glorified image/frame generator

I want to have a java based libgdx 2d project and:

  1. use the ureal editor as a normal 3d editor to generate my frames for a libgdx game. Am i violating the licence ?
  2. Can i buy assets from the marketplace and then export them as normal png images from UE to be included in a libgdx game ? Is this ok ?
  3. The export tools (in c++) are inhouse and not meant to be shared outside.

That’s ok under the EULA. And I would consider that to be royalty free since you are only using the engine to generate non-interactive content.
