Why does my friend keep getting a subscription payment error?
He keeps getting the error "We were unable to process your payment, please check your details." He has tired 2 cards now and it won't pay. He's use visa cards.
There are any number of reasons that a payment may be failing, including current limitations on our end, or an issue with his bank or card.
