Using Widgets to scale to different aspect ratios

I have a scope overlay that is applied to the screen when the player presses a button, but Ive run into an issue with different aspect ratios that causes the scope to not occupy the entire screen if its not the original 16:9 aspect ratio. What can I do to fix this issue and be able to support any aspect ratio?
