Transform bug in component editor

  1. Add to Static mesh box cillision component.

2.Set Transform Scale X. - to 0.5

3.After move up Box component

4.Get Box component back

Transform scale X is now 1.

In Scene Actor scale x is 0.5 , make it to 1 and lets see in Editor - Is still deformed
