Zoom In and Out In Top-Down Paper 2D
So I want to make a top-down resource-gathery game (think Mobile Strike, Game of War, etc) with some other elements. The main point is I want it to be for mobile, top-down, and use Paper 2D.
I'm pretty confident in my ability to get most of it done on my own. However, I can't seem to figure out a good way to let the player zoom in/out and pan around, constricting the pan to a visible area, in the playable, Non UI area.
Ii'm thinking it has something to do with the size of the orthographic view, but I may be wrong. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Set the relative location of your camera.
