My epic game launcher struck at please wait? cant loading. I have attached my logs & dxdiag. pls check it soon.

HI thanks for your support,

        I have tried it, but its takes more time to open launcher. After launched, Some updates are being done in epic launcher. Its downloaded up to 13% and then it roll over back to 10%. Not downloading continuously.
