"Sign in to buy" in Marketplace Launcher all the time. Can't download anything

I downloaded UE 4.10 fine. Then I downloaded couple examples and created projects from Learn section. But when I try to download free plugin “Substance Plugin” it gets me “sign in to buy” button. What the hell, I’m already signed in. I press it, login window appears, I login and after that same thing - “sign in to buy”. When I press, login window appears again, etc…

How do I download plugin? Who to write to about this bug?

I encountered the same issue today, but when I switched to the ‘Library’ tab, the item was already there, so I clicked the ‘Add to Project’ button, it started to download the item.

I connected to different WiFi network and everything went well. Probably caching was the problem at some point.
