Sequence Recorder button missing from Window Tab

Hi, I am following the documentation of the Sequence Feature which shows a Sequence Recorder button appearing in the Windows Tab after enabling the Level Sequence Editor. I am running an updated version of 4.11, is there a reason this wouldn’t be appearing?

Thanks

Did you enable it inside Plugins? I think it’s inside Editor, Sequencer.

Hey Victor, just to clarify -yes the ‘Sequencer’ button appears after enabling it inside the plugins > editor. It is the ‘Sequence Recorder’ button that is not showing up. I attached the image shown in the unreal documentation page.

Try the git version yet?

I have the same problem. this is Preview 8 version of 4.11.

(Not sure how to use the git hub versions as I’m not a programmer.)

I also don’t have the Sequence Recorder and am using the Git version of 4.11.0

I am also using Sequencer just fine, but cannot get Sequence Recorder to appear for me either. I’ve tried with multiple versions of 4.10 and 4.11, and no luck.

Just a follow up to say it shows up in the 4.12 Preview.

not in mine

For myself, when I had a different item disappear from the windows menu (the modules developer tool), I had to reset the layout ( Window → Reset Layout )

I assume if layout files get corrupted the editor can quietly fail when loading menu items and lose things.
