Making Light Dim and Brighten to Sound Volume

I’m trying to make a light dim and brighten according to the audio volume of dialogue to give it the appearance of talking. I’ve researched and dug through the available nodes but I can’t find much information on how to go about doing this.

Any help would be appreciated!

With the engine as it is this is not possible but there is a nice plug-in from epic that does the job.
