Createing an array for a UMG dropdown menu

How do you change the info in a dropdown menu, instead of creating a show and hide dropdowns for each option?
I have 2 buttons, one for one dropdown menu and one for another. There is then another drop down menu, this has different options. Clicking on an option in the second dropdown menu will change what is on 9 buttons.
Here is what I have.

The button in the top centre is a spectator button. In this case there are only 4 buttons.

I am now going to use a button then a “Widget Switcher”, instead of doing what UE4 can not do and change the text in the dropdown options. I am going to make a suggestion on the Forum for this to be added.
