Cloning objects - which way is better?

Hello,

I know two ways to clone objects in the scene:

  1. the cloning in the scene of course;
  2. and the second way is the import from 3ds max original object (the first screenshot) and the collisions of these objects (the second screenshot). After that I click Ctrl+V in UE, see box meshes and set for these originary mesh.

I thought that these processes are the same, but the second way is easy, because then not have anything to drag.

But In the second method, the error is has null static mesh. How to deal with the error and how to deal more effectively for computer?

Are you talking about creating the copy of an object in the level or copying an object from one level to another?

I mean copy of an object in the one level.
