Archiving or moving data

Hello. We are 3D school using Unreal 4.10.2 for the students current environment project. They are saving data on external drives (our local computers wipe all data every evening, so they can not save on our local servers)
We are beginning to have a lot of problems with missing materials (especially links to substance materials), external referenced files etc.
We have been very specific about saving all data in one space (i had them make a `game data’ and ‘raw data’ folder for all assets in their project folders) They assure me they have been saving all data in correct spaces, and when i verify it seems everything checks out.

They also need to hand their work in, which means transfering their work to another external drive that the prof can take home, and or, by uploading it to the hand in space for the school.

Is there a way they can neatly package their data so they can safely take it from home to school, or hand it in? I would love an ‘archive’ option like in 3Ds max, or something similar.

Any soloution for easily safely transfering project data?
