Bone too small, physical actor problems

Hi.
I have 3 sekeletons imported from 3DS max , they are box shaped characters, so main bone is BODY and also few smaller bones for face etc. The problem is that when i create physical asset with minimum bone size set to 0.1 because default 5 is too big, The shape around main box (which in 3DS max is around 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm) is bigger then the body shape, and when i try to scale it down, it grows to much larger size, like 200x200x200. This is similar with all bones.
I dont use BONES from 3DS max, instead of them i use Dummy nodes, But when I dont use any bones, and just attach Box01 to Box02 the result is the same.

I don’t know why bone is too small if i have cm units in 3ds max and in ureal and bone size should be 50 square cm. The mass of my char is way below 0.001 kg. Also dont know why.

then i can answer to you myself… i had wrong units in 3ds max, i had centimeters but in system was meters, so my bone was not 3cm long, but 0,03 cm that was the problem, when i changed the units, all my problems were gone
