Lightning problem

Hi guys.I have a trouble with lightning building.Light builds incorrectly and as a result i get this.

Helo , you might want to watch this: Lightmap Creation for Unreal Engine 4 - YouTube
That way you know how to properly make lightmaps.

Also, i think the smoothing groups on your meshes might be wrong.
