Scene with only Ambient Occlusion

How do I show my scene with ambient occlusion only- nothing else, no other real-time or baked lighting, no shadows, nothing but just AO?

All the stuff I’ve found about it in the documentation or forums/answers doesn’t answer this question and I’ve tried all sorts, this can’t be a big job, can it? I can’t figure it out yet.

In the viewport → viewmode (Lit by default) → Buffer visualization → Ambient Occlusion

I’m on 4.17.1, buffer visualization → ambient occlusion shows all white.

AO only shows up on medium or higher post processing settings. That could be it.
Might be something in your post processing volume settings.

Actually, that is not it. On 4.17.1 the default AO is distance field AO, therefore buffer visualization → ambient occlusion shows nothing. There is another preview option specifically for distance field AO.

I have the same problem in the 4.18.1 and 4.18.2. It’s a bug?

Pd: I tested in other projects and the problem is the same. Help!
