How do i use Japanese graphics for UE4?

I’ve noticed how a lot of Japanese developers are using UE4 and my games (Majority of them) are Japan based like Xeno blade, Tekken, Mario, Kingdom hearts. I just want to know how did those devs texture or make games like that if someone could pleeease tell me that would make my life easier.

a lot can be done with core unreal. but there is a huge amount of effort and technical thinking involved in creating the exact look you want.
