How can I change my location on unrealengine.com profile?

Hi.
I’ve been relocated from one country to another and mentioned that i can’t change country data in my profile on the web site. It looks like this option is locked. Could you please help me, how i can change it.

Hi,

I am unsure as to error your facing.
But try these steps out and maybe u should be able to change the country.

  1. give a total system restart .
  2. make sure the site is not blocked by antivirus or parent control.
    Steps:-
    i) sign in, in the site.
    ii) on the top right hand corner you will find your display name click on it a drop down will open and their please select personal
    iii) now your personal tab will open there you will have the option to edit profile, here you should be able to edit you location.

I can change my street, city, phone number but unfortunately there is nothing i can do with country. This option has gray color and not clickable. It would be not a big deal but with the changing the location should be changed my payment method in currency. And i wondering why and how to change it.
