Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

How to implement AI in Paper 2D Game.

I want to know how to implement a system where enemies react when the player is within a certain distance to the player, and once the player is far enough away the enemy defaults back to a "wander" type within a certain area. I have done these things in 3D games using blackboard and the query system, however from what I can tell, these systems can not be implemented in the 2D environment. I tried using the get distance to node on the enemy blueprint but it doesn't seem to be retrieving the correct data. Please suggestions and solutions only, any help is appreciated.

I am wondering also... How can we implement ai movement without navmesh?

after that I watch these tutorial series and it works well


the only problem is locking pawn's rotation, but i am working on it.
