Error on uploading picture to UE4 forums

I set up a thread showing what I’ve done with Unreal Engine 4 HERE. I went to upload a few screenshots, but everytime I try to upload any of them I’ll get an error. On Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. Also, the size for all the images are 3072x1728 and one 1920x1080 all in .PNG

I have found that reloading the page in the browser normally sorts out the unreal site not uploading or posting comments. It has happened to me a few times.
