HighresShot Glitchy

Tonight I tried to take a few screenshots and noticed this weird thing happening:

This is a screenshot tile x1:

While this was tiled x7:

I haven’t done anything to the scene apart placing a few assets.
Screenshots were taken using the built in tool, not by console command.

This was originally reported with UE-20407. The fix was to add a delay amount to account for temporal effects to converge.

You can try setting a higher CVar value with r.HighResScreenShotDelay. The default right now it 4.
