BSP to Static Mesh with difference

First of all, bsp was never (at least in ue4) intended to be used as a modeling tool.
Its main intend was to quickly block out a layout, add volumes like blocking volumes, lightmass importance volumes, etc, etc.

What is happening here is, once you are converting the bsp to a static mesh, the smoothing groups get all messed up, and if the object is really complex, the creation of some vertices and polygons might also mess up.

You should actually have made this in a 3d program like blender, maya, modo, 3dsmax, etc.
Then apply proper textures, and export/import properly.

there is no way to make stay right?

Not really, you can however export the mesh version, import in blender/max/maya/modo/etc and fix the normals (and lightmap) there.
