UE 4.11 force using GLES 3.0? (android Crash)

After update to 4.11 version, I test basic project with some android phone.

Some phone was fine. but some other phone has problem.

When running app, terminated before showing level. (UE 4.10 was fine.)

my testing device is LG F260S.(It’s supported with <= GLES 2.0)

is Changed minimum Android Device’s System Configuration? (UE 4.11)

Project’s Graphics Level was Maximize. not Scalable 3D or 2D.

it cause crash with old device.
