Unable to move camera in Simulation mode

When in Simulate mode, right clicking and trying to navigate in viewport no longer works in 4.11.

WASD + Q and E still works. Just looking around with mouse is not working

I am unable to reproduce the issue following your repro steps in a blank Blueprint project? Can you reproduce this in a new project? If so, please post your DXdiag.
