trouble making blend space for 3d side scroller character
I've been trying to figure out for a few hrs. how to set up the blend space so that I can have an idle walk run from side to side but also adding in a turn animation so that the character runs smoothly but figuring out how to graph that is beyond my level of knowledge.
I'm very very new to unreal and game engines in general so would appreciate any detailed explanations or if you can point me in the right direction of tutorials or material to read up on it. I'm using the sword and shield animations from mixamo if that helps.
