Why is my bean not match with trip mine when use matinee?

I followed this tutorial and it worked. [Unreal Engine 4.7] Laser Trip Mine Blueprint Tutorial - YouTube .

But when I use Matinee to move the blueprint . The laser beam just stays in place as if not attached.

How can I get the beam to move with the rest of blueprint when using Matinee?

You might have missed setting the particles inside cascade to “Local Space”

I found the setting, but I cant turn local space on for some reason?

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
