Ribbon Particle Bug on mobile iOS 4.11

MacBook Pro OSX 10.11.4
UE4 4.11
Tested on iPhone 5 and iPhone 6s Plus.
I have ribbon trails simulating the engines of space ships and on missiles that work 4.10 but don’t work in 4.11.
They do work in the editor but not on iOS devices.

However they DO work on iOS devices if i place the space ships in the level (map) but not when spawned.
So ribbon particle Trails do not work on iOS when spawned or attached to an actor that is spawned

Currently, we have a ticket in for this with UE-29078 that will be investigated.

Any update on a fix for this?

This issue has already been fixed internally and looking at the CL that it was fixed with it should already be in the 4.12 preview releases. My Preview build keeps failing to package, which is common during preview releases with these builds.
