Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow SC05GOMU1BPC2 ruined lighting

I downloaded Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow SC05GOMU1BPC2 yesterday and the lighting on builds I created with 4.10.4 and transferred over to the device before the update had their lighting ruined.

Any advice on how to fix this?

Here are my build settings. I only get the problem in Gear VR. I don’t have it PIE or PC.
