guys i cant download unreal engine because getting error code 0(laauncher cant download installation information) plz help plz

Basicly it happens when you are downloading and canceling it. i had the same problem. i suggest you to delete the version you installed and reinstall it, or just visit http://help.epicgames.com/ and troubleshooting page.
If you are on Windows 10, I was able to get past this problem by first uninstalling the “Unreal Engine Prerequisites” or “Epic Games Requirements” or whatever it’s called. That’s from the regular windows manage programs control panel.
